Péter Fárizs
Board Member, CEO
"Early in his career, Péter Fárizs worked as an organizing analytical economist at the world's largest bus factory. He then participated in a number of medium-sized and Fortune100 international enterprise projects in SAP consulting. He joined Techwave Hungary's predecessor, HostLogic Hungary, as a managing director, coordinating the company's sales, project implementation and customer service activities, and has been the company's head of operations in Eastern Europe since 2006. As a board member, Péter holds a degree. graduated as an economist from the Corvinus University of Budapest. "
Dr. Attila Molnár
Dr. Attila Molnár graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and the University of Passau as a specialist economist, specializing in corporate governance. Since 2002, he has been a lecturer in the Department of Information Management at Szent István University. In 2015, he obtained a doctorate in economics, his research area being “The role of information management in corporate governance”. Attila joined Techwave Hungary Zrt in the early 2000s. Initially, he worked as the head of the company's sales and marketing activities, later he became the director of the New Business division of Techwave Hungary Zrt. The business unit, led by Attila, currently deals with SAP ERP systems, including the latest SAP S / 4 HANA system, digital marketing, sales and service systems, analytics and IoT solutions, and premium cloud services.

Ákos Mészáros
After ten years of software development and IT project management experience, Ákos Mészáros joined TechLave Hungary Zrt's predecessor, HostLogic Zrt., In 2000. He has been involved in the development of the CRM business and its sales processes, and since 2003 has been responsible for the development and management of the then professional customer service. He has been Director of Services since 2007 and leads SAP Operations and Application Support. Ákos graduated from the Budapest University of Technology as an electrical engineer.

With several years of IT experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he joined Techwave Hungary Zrt in 2000 as a network security specialist. His task at the time was to set up the company's international SAP IT server center. After obtaining the qualification of SAP Technical Consultant, he was awarded a management position shortly. Since 2013, he has been the company's CIO. He is currently the head of HANA and other Cloud solutions at the European IT Deployment Support Center (RDC-EU), in addition to overseeing and developing Customer Hosting and the company’s own IT infrastructure.
Anikó Kishalmi

She started her career as an economist with experience as a controller and financial manager at the consulting company PWC Hungary, and then at large international banks. In the course of her work, she has participated in several large-scale organization and system development projects. She joined Techwave in 2021 as Director of Economic Affairs. She is professionally in charge of finance, accounting, taxation and general operating support. Anikó is an IFRS certified public accountant, a chartered accountant and an MSc at the Faculty of Science of Eötvös Loránd University.
Balázs Giczi
International Business Segment Lead
With more than 10 years of SAP business intelligence consulting experience, he participated in the development of the Analytics business unit of Techwave Hungary Zrt. Currently, the Hungarian operation oversees the delivery tasks of the SAP BI project and leads the development of various business applications at the group's European Regional Delivery Center (RDC-EU). Balázs graduated as an IT engineer at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
